Non-Profit Funding Application Process
As part of its annual budget preparation, the City Council will accept proposals for non-profit funding in Fiscal Year 2017-18. Please be aware that the City Council has not yet made a final decision about funding for any non-profit agencies and may not fund requests.


To apply for funding, complete and submit the application form no later than 5:00 PM on Monday, May 1, 2017.  (Follow link below to the online application).

The City Council will review funding requests at a meeting scheduled for Monday, May 15, 2017, at 5:00 PM in the City Council Chambers, 620 Foster City Boulevard (immediately adjacent to City Hall). Each applicant must have a representative at the Council meeting who is knowledgeable about the organization and the funding request and is able to respond to questions regarding the funding request. 

The City Council will determine the level of funding available and how to apportion the funds among the qualified applying agencies at its regular meeting on June 5, 2017 at 6:30 PM.

Agencies selected for funding will be notified in writing of the Council's approval and funding amount and will be asked to submit an invoice to the City after July 1, 2017, in order to receive the funds.
