On Sunday, April 25, 2010, the City of Foster City and the Environmental Sustainability Task Force will host the City’s first ever Earth Day Fair, which will focus on easy and fun ways to save water and energy.
The event will include the opportunity to recycle old electronics and shred personal documents for recycling. Plenty of local “green” businesses will be in attendance to answer any and all questions about making your life and home more Earth-friendly.
With activities for the kids and food provided by the Rotary Club, this event will be a fun way to spend an afternoon! Get started by recycling your old electronics then move ahead and “walk the walk” as you learn about ways to save the planet and save on your utilities!
More information will be posted at www.fostercity.org as the date approaches.
