Save a Life Take CPR - April 17, 2010

Foster City, CA; April 5, 2010
 

Foster City Fire Chief Tom Reaves has announced that the Fire Department will provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Training for Foster City residents on April 17, 2010 from 9 AM to 3 PM at the Fire Station.

 

The Heartsaver CPR with AED course is a modular class that teaches lay rescuers how to recognize and treat life threatening emergencies, including cardiac arrest and choking for adult, child and infant victims.

 

Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training is offered to Foster City residents age 12 and older for only $23.50.  Information on how to register is available in the Parks and Recreation Leisure Update – available now at the Recreation Center or online at www.fostercity.org.  For more information about the class, call the Fire Department at 286-3350.
