After careful consideration, the Foster City Arts and Culture Committee is ready to present the winners of the 2008 Photo Contest. Winners will be recognized at a public reception on October 18, 2008 at 2:00 PM in the Mist Room at the Foster City Recreation Center, 650 Shell Boulevard.

Come and view the winners in both the adult and youth divisions. Winners were chosen out of a field of 150 entries. The competition was very strong with so many incredible photographs entered. Don’t miss the unique opportunity to speak to the winners and view the winning photographs.

This will be an educational and fun reception. Professional photographer and contest judge Cynthia Larsen will speak. You will leave with new ideas and techniques on preparing your photos for display and contest entry. There will be a ribbon ceremony and refreshments.
