Interested parties are invited to submit their proposals for operations at East 3rd Avenue by November 1, 2011. The Request for Proposals, which includes information and instructions, may be picked up from the Recreation Center located at 650 Shell Boulevard.

The East 3rd Avenue Concession provides windsurf and kiteboard instruction to the general public at East 3rd Avenue during the sport season and on weekends. The City/District intends to authorize the Concession Agreement at the regular City Council meeting on December 19, 2011, with a contract expiration of December 31, 2012.
