There is a wide array of home improvements that can be made to enhance a home’s energy efficiency and save money on utility bills. How do you decide which ones are right for you? Take this opportunity to learn how to create a more efficient home either through incremental improvements or a deep energy retrofit.
Presenters will use a comprehensive home energy audit conducted specifically for this event to illustrate energy usage before and after a typical green retrofit. Learn to analyze audit results, determine how practical improvements can be made, compare the costs with the efficiencies and other benefits gained and identify available rebates, credits and incentives.
Information will be presented by experts in the field of residential energy efficiency. Build It Green Certified Green Building Professionals from Acterra, Recurve and the City of Foster City as well as representatives from Pacific Gas and Electric Company will highlight efficiency measures that can be applied in most homes.
