The City of Foster City has announced that construction work at the intersection of Foster City Boulevard and Bounty Drive is scheduled to begin on October 18, 2010 with completion expected by the end of October 2010. The work includes the upgrade/reconstruction of five curb ramps, removal and replacement of damaged sections of sidewalk, curb and gutter, and modification of two medians at the intersection.

The City’s contractor, RP Engineering, will be performing the work from Monday through Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM.

Traffic will remain open in each direction throughout the work, with traffic control and lane closures set up as appropriate. Please observe and comply with traffic controls during construction. Some delays can be expected, so please plan your travel accordingly. Updated construction information may be posted on the City’s website at www.fostercity.org as it becomes available.
