FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Attention All Foster City “Collectors”…

Foster City, CA; June 16, 2010

Do you collect dolls, porcelain figures, model cars, antiques, Americana, European blown and cut glass, fountain pens, pocket knives, cultural art, early computers, American historical documents, etc.?

Are you interested in an opportunity to share your collection with the public? A creative idea was introduced by a member of our Parks and Recreation Committee to have a “Collectors Showcase” located at the Recreation Center where residents can display their personal collections to the public (the collection case would be a glass-enclosed, locked display unit).

The Foster City Parks and Recreation Department and the Foster City Parks and Recreation Committee welcome your input, comments and suggestions to see if this display would be of interest to you! Please reply to Kevin Miller, Director, Foster City Parks and Recreation, 650 Shell Blvd., Foster City, CA  94404 or kmiller@fostercity.org.
