Multi-Jurisdiction Training

In 2011, the City of Foster City became a member of the Central San Mateo County Training Division Joint Operational and EMS Training Division. The Fire Agencies of Millbrae, San Bruno, San Mateo, and Central County Fire have formed this joint training operational training program. Central San Mateo County Training Division provides dynamic and effective training for the fire agencies of central San Mateo County.  Joining the Central San Mateo County Training Division had initial cost implications, but will aid in the reduced long term operational cost of the Fire Department.
