The Pilgrim Triton Master Plan was divided into four Phases. Phase A is currently under construction. The area shown in the Master Plan as Phase IV is currently occupied by the Foster City Executive Park and is the area of the Triton Pointe proposed development.

Current Status:

The multi-family portion of the development is under construction, including 166 multi-family residential units and 5,000 sq. ft. retail. Completion is anticipated in the fall of 2015. This portion of the development has been named One Hundred Grand. Click here for more information about the 33 below market rate apartment units that will be included.

Parcel I with frontage on Foster City Boulevard, was sold to William Willis and Polly Chan and is the subject of an application to expand the Family Dental building.

Parcel G, 550 Pilgrim Drive, was sold to CSG Consultants, Inc. and is being renovated into offices.

History:

On November 19, 2012, the City Council approved the Triton Pointe Development Agreement.

On November 5, 2012, the City Council approved a finding that the Pilgrim-Triton Master Plan Environmental Impact Report adequately analyzes the environmental impacts associated with the Triton Pointe portion of the Pilgrim Triton Master Plan Project.

On October 16, 2012, the Planning Commission approved the Use Permit for the development on Parcel I, including166 multi-family residential units and 6,000 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial.

On October 16, 2012, the Planning Commission approved the Tentative Map to divide the approximately 5.0 acre site into 3 parcels. 

On May 1, 2012, CV Triton, LLC, represented by Thompson Dorfman LLC and CityView, on behalf of property owner, Foster City Executive Park Partners, submitted several applications for the Triton Pointe development, encompassing the approximately 5.0 acre site now occupied by Foster City Executive Park (1125 E. Hillsdale Blvd., 551 Foster City Blvd., and 550 & 558 Pilgrim Dr.), including:

  • Environmental Assessment – to determine if the proposed development was adequately analyzed in the Pilgrim Triton Master Plan Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse #2007012023)
  • Tentative Map to divide the approximately 5.0 acre site into 3 parcels, including: 43,000 sq. ft. office/commercial on 1.0 acre (Parcel G) 166 multi-family residential units and 5,000 sq. ft. retail on 3.4 acres (Parcel H) 7,000 sq. ft. retail on 0.6 acre (Parcel I)
  • Use Permit for 166 multi-family residential units and 5,000 sq. ft. retail on 3.4 acres (Parcel H)
  • Development Agreement to establish a term for the project approvals, shuttle contributions and affordable housing obligations.
