The Pilgrim Triton Master Plan was divided into four Phases. Phase A is currently under construction. The area shown in the Master Plan as Phase IV is currently occupied by the Foster City Executive Park and is the area of the Triton Pointe proposed development. On May 1, 2012, CV Triton, LLC, represented by Thompson Dorfman LLC and CityView, on behalf of property owner, Foster City Executive Park Partners, submitted several applications for the Triton Pointe development, encompassing the approximately 5.0 acre site now occupied by Foster City Executive Park (1125 E. Hillsdale Blvd., 551 Foster City Blvd., and 550 & 558 Pilgrim Dr.), including:

  • Environmental Assessment – to determine if the proposed development was adequately analyzed in the Pilgrim Triton Master Plan Environmental Impact Report (State Clearinghouse #2007012023)
  • Tentative Map to divide the approximately 5.0 acre site into 3 parcels, including: 43,000 sq. ft. office/commercial on 1.0 acre (Parcel G) 166 multi-family residential units and 5,000 sq. ft. retail on 3.4 acres (Parcel H) 7,000 sq. ft. retail on 0.6 acre (Parcel I)
  • Use Permit for 166 multi-family residential units and 5,000 sq. ft. retail on 3.4 acres (Parcel H)
  • Development Agreement to establish a term for the project approvals, shuttle contributions and affordable housing obligations.
