Rental of Below Market Rate Units

The following apartment complexes have affordable units available for rent. Interested parties should contact these complexes directly for availability and information on the units.

1.  Marlin Cove - 1060 Foster City Blvd., Foster City, CA
Marlin Cove is now accepting applications for the affordable very-low income one- and two-bedroom units and the moderate income one-and two- bedroom units at the Marlin Cove Apartments. Preliminary applications must be submitted to Marlin Cove. Marlin Cove has 84 affordable 1-2 bedroom units available for very-low and moderate income people as well as 196 market rate units. These units are available for families, individuals and senior citizens.

2.  Foster's Landing - 700 Bounty Drive, Foster City, CA
Foster's Landing has 74 affordable 1-2 bedroom units available for very-low, low and moderate income people as well as 416 market rate units. These units are available for families, individuals and senior citizens.

At this time, Foster's Landing is taking names for the low-income and moderate-income waiting lists for units.

3.  Miramar - 1298 Foster City Blvd., Foster City, CA
Miramar has 48 affordable one and two bedroom units for very-low and moderate income people as well as 111 market rate units. These units are available for families, individuals and senior citizens.

4.  Plaza at Triton Park - Pilgrim-Triton Drives, Foster City, CA
The first phase of the Pilgrim-Triton Master Plan is The Plaza at Triton Park, consisting of 307 apartment units, including 60 below market rate (BMR) units. The BMR units include 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms.

5. Metro Center Senior Homes - 100 Village Lane, Foster City, CA
The Metro Center Senior Homes has 60 affordable one and two bedroom units for very-low and low income people. These units are available for senior citizens (age 62 and older) only.

6. Triton Pointe – Foster City Blvd/Pilgrim Drive, Foster City, CA (under construction)
Triton Pointe will have 33 affordable one-, two-, and three-bedroom units for very low-, low- and moderate-income households as well as 133 market rate units.

Names are being taken for an interest list at: http://tritonpointe.com/register/
Closer to completion of construction, people will be invited to submit an application and participate in a lottery to establish the initial occupancies and the initial waiting list.
