Cable TV / Internet Problems?  Foster City Can Help!

If you?re having trouble getting resolution of a Cable TV and/or Cable Internet Access problem with Comcast, the City may be able to help you. Here are some things you should know first:

What We Can Do:

  • We will listen to your questions and complaints.
  • We will work with Comcast to resolve your issue.
  • We will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know we've heard from you, and will work to get resolution of your question or complaint within 15 days.
  • We will have someone from the cable company contact you after we have spoken with them.

What We Can't Do:

  • We can't be the first source you turn to. You should go to Comcast first. Contact them at the appropriate number listed below.
  • We can't schedule your appointments with your cable company.
  • We can't install cable service or perform repairs to your service or property.
  • We can't accept your mail or in-person payments. Please send payments directly to Comcast Corporation, or make payments at one of their local offices. The Foster City local office is in Edgewater Shopping Center, 989 Edgewater Blvd.
  • We can't accept returned equipment. It must be returned to Comcast.
