- Keep your trees and other plant material trimmed and keep all planted areas free of weeds.
- Remove abandoned appliances as soon as possible before they become a safety hazard.
- Repair your fences and broken windows as soon as possible.
Please Avoid:
- Accumulation of debris, litter, dirt, overgrown vegetation, dead plant material or weeds on your property.
- Vegetation or other objects overhanging, blocking or obstructing sidewalks, streets, driveways or the line-of-sight of drivers.
- Waterfront property Plant material that is overgrown and that significantly interferes with the view of the water from adjacent properties.
- Storing boxes, debris, furniture, appliances, vehicle parts, or shopping carts, in front, side or rear yards unless awaiting immediate garbage or other collection of those items.
- Storing garbage cans in an area visible from a public street or lagoon.
- Unpainted, unstained, partially painted, partially chipped or peeling building exteriors, fences or structures.
Preventative maintenance maintains or increases the value of your property, preserves your building materials and keeps neighborhoods attractive.
