Appeals

If you wish to appeal a decision of the Community Development Director or the Planning Commission, an appeal form must be filled out.

All appeals must be filed within ten calendar days (not business days) before 5:00 pm after the decision of the Community Development Director or Planning Commission.

In order to file an appeal, the appeal form  in accordance with Section 17.06.150 of the Foster City Municipal Code must be completely filled out and the appeal fee must be submitted within ten calendar days.
