NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a General Municipal Election will be held in the City of Foster City on Tuesday, November 8, 2011, for the following Offices:

Three (3) Members of the City Council    
Full Four-Year Terms

          If no one or only one person is nominated for an elective office, appointment to the elective office may be made as prescribed by Elections Code 10229.

          The polls on Election Day will be open between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.

          The nomination period opens July 18 and closes at 5:00 p.m. on August 12.
