Current Status:

• On March 19, 2012, the City Council Authorized an agreement with De Novo Planning Group for the preparation of an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the update of the Land Use and Circulation Element. This agreement includes preparation of a Climate Action Plan. Please follow these links to the staff report, resolution and agreement.
