I have had the opportunity to represent the citizens and business community of Foster City for a month now and I have enjoyed that experience.
It is my opinion that we have an excellent group of individuals on the Council representing all interests in Foster City and displaying a unique individual and independent thought process.
As we move into the New Year, I look forward to working with my colleagues on the Council as we face the issues that affect our City. Unfortunately, some of those ?issues? are dictated by outside agencies such as the State. Please be assured my decisions will be based on what I believe is in the best interest of Foster City utilizing input received from you.
While I have enjoyed myself and indeed have had fun during the short period I have been on the Council, I take the responsibilities very seriously. I do not, I hope, take myself too seriously. I feel confident that I can do the job in that manner.
