Issues to be Considered Next Year
I would like to wish all a healthy, safe and peaceful New Year. Working together I believe we can continue to see Foster City grow in richness and healthy diversity.

Many issues will be facing the Foster City City Council this coming year. Possible the most important will be the fiscal integrity of the coming 2003-2004 budget. Some very important decisions will need to be made on the part of the City Council and staff. These decisions require input from our citizens and business community to insure that the Council considers all aspects of service to the community.

When the City Council reviews the budget with the staff, please take the time to insure your thoughts are considered. What is necessary, what is important and desirable, what can we do without? These are all questions your Council would like your input in order to assist in making decisions on the budget. Please take the time to let us know.
