What a wonderfully positive City Council meeting we had on September 22, 2003!! The City Council was able to recognize the following people for the 2003 Foster City Honors List:

Lee Foster
Jon Froomin
Della Johnson
Art Kiesel
Ollie Pattum
Fred Slone
Luhua Zhang
All of these individuals are people who have made a difference in Foster City due to the various activities they have been involved with, both as volunteers and work.
The impact their unselfish actions have had on all Foster City residents, young and more mature alike, has benefited us all in the most positive way.
I salute all those who were recognized for the Honors List and thank you for all the time and effort you have given to the citizens of Foster City and how you have made Foster City a better place to live and grow.
