Water and sewer bills are mailed every two months for residential and commercial customers, and monthly for irrigation customers. Payment is due within 30 days of the billing date. The City of Foster City offers a variety of quick, convenient and easy ways for you to pay your water and sewer bills.

Online Billpay 

Pay your water and sewer bills online with our new Online Billpay Service.  Set up recurring or automatic payment using a checking, savings, or credit card (Visa and Mastercard) account. You can also choose to "Go Paperless" by receiving your bills via e-mail. To learn more, go to our Online Billpay launch page.

By Mail

Bills can be paid by check and sent to the following address. Please remember to return the top portion of your bill statement with your payment and use the enclosed envelope. We also have a convenient drop slot located by the front door of City Hall. For your protection, do not place cash in your payment envelope.

In Person

You may pay in person by visiting City Hall, located at 610 Foster City Blvd. City Hall is open weekdays from 8am to 5pm. A drop slot is also located by the front door of City Hall for payments made after business hours. For your protection, do not place cash in your payment envelope.
