Wednesday Enrichment Registration Policy
1. Spaces are filled by a space available basis.
Registrations are no longer accepted through a lottery system.

2. Limited walk-in registrations will be accepted for families without internet access. Dates and times for walk-in registrations is TBA.

3. Internet registration will be open 24 hours for seven (7) days including five (5) business days (Monday-Friday) and two (2) weekend days (Saturday and Sunday). Families with internet access may not submit registrations through the walk-in system.

4. Parents/guardians are responsible for printing out a copy of their internet receipt. Additional confirmations will not be issued by the Department.

5. Walk-in Registrations will receive a hard-copy receipt via USPS.

6. Class assigments and locations will be available at your child's school no later than the Monday afternoon before each session begins. 

Wednesday Enrichment Refund Policy
1. The last day to add/transfer/drop a class is on or before the 2nd class meeting. (No exceptions. Refunds will not be processed after this date.)

2.  Refund requests must be made through the Recreation Center (650 Shell Blvd.) or by calling 650-286-3380 during designated business hours (Monday-Friday, 8am-5:30pm).

3. Class fees will not be pro-rated for late registrations or missed classes.

PARENTS: Please review registration choices before submitting requests online. Parents/Guardians are responsible for enrolling their child(ren) into the correct class at their designated school.

A $10 administrative fee will be assessed for refund requests/transfers for children:
∼Enrolled under the wrong name
∼Enrolled into a class at a different school
∼Enrolled into an incorrect class/activity #/age group.
