Announcing the 4th Annual Foster City Photography Contest

Open to all residents of San Mateo County who want to exhibit their photographic skills. There are 1st and 2nd place cash prizes, ribbons and certificates in each of the five categories: Portrait, Landmark, Landscape, Sports, and Manipulated Photo. There are special divisions for teens 13 to 15 and 16 to 18. There will be a submission fee for each entry (see rules).
