| Arts & Wine Festival June 1, 2 & 3, 2007 The City of Foster City and the Foster City Chamber of Commerce invite you to attend the 36th Annual Art & Wine Festival. The Festival offers family entertainment, carnival rides, midway games, and over 150 booths featuring arts and crafts, merchant displays, and great food, beer and wine! Discounted carnival ride ticket books are available for purchase beginning April 30th until 4:55pm on June 1st. Tickets can be purchased at the Foster City Recreation Center located at 650 Shell Blvd. and the Foster City Chamber of Commerce, 1031 E. Hillsdale Blvd., Suite F.
