Civic Center Urban Design Guidelines
The City Council adopted a set of Urban Design Guidelines for the development of property contained within the boundaries of the Civic Center Master Plan project area. All proposed project site, landscape and architectural designs proposed for the development of property within the Civic Center Master Plan Project Area will be evaluated using these design guidelines.
Due to the size the document, the Guidelines have been divided to three sections.
