- To be eligible for the Non-Profit rates, groups must submit proof of their 501(c)(3) status.
- To be eligible for the Resident, Non-Profit rates, a roster must be submitted proving that at least 51% of the group is Foster City Residents. This is in addition to the proof of 501(c)(3) status.
- Deposit and Insurance fees still apply. Non-Profit Groups may make weekend reservations (Friday evenings through Sunday afternoon) in the Lagoon Room no sooner than three months in advance.
